Jenifer Patten started her insurance career in 2000 handling commercial property and automobile claims. From there she transitioned to Commercial Lines Account Manager handling International Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Bonds, Medical Malpractice, and Commercial Property & Casualty in addition to being an Underwriter for Legal Malpractice. Jenifer earned her Associate in General Insurance in 2018, and completed her bachelor degree from Upper Iowa University in December 2019. Jenifer joined The Dana Company in 2018 as commercial lines Account Manager. Jenifer lives in Waukee with her husband James and their daughter Maggie. Outside of work Jenifer enjoys hearing her daughter sing in various choirs and perform in show choir, spending time with family, walking their American Bulldog, Ollie, being outside, quilting, reading, and volunteering. Jenifer takes pride in building relationships with clients and underwriters, and strives to go above and beyond to exceed clients’ expectations.
